On Az central website I read about a rapist in Chandler. This is known to have started in the month of January. All these months have passed and he's still out there. It's crazy how they're getting more brave. It's happening any place and any time. They are even using desguises to get into homes. Some even plan it out carefully. It's just so crazy.
